Returns and exchanges

If an item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos where relevant. For size exchanges or change-of-mind requests, items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Hygiene, custom, sale, or damaged-by-use items may be excluded where allowed by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back through the original or agreed payment method where practical. Refund timing can depend on payment providers, banks, and verification of returned goods.
