Terms of service

Using this website

You may use this website to browse Nomadic Gym services, content, products, account features, and checkout options. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend or restrict account access where needed to protect users, orders, payment security, or the site.

Products and availability

Product images, colours, sizes, descriptions, prices, stock, and promotions may change. We try to keep product information accurate, but availability is confirmed when an order is processed.

Orders and payment

Orders may be placed through Shopify checkout or by contacting us on WhatsApp. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order may be cancelled or delayed if payment fails, stock is unavailable, information is incomplete, or fraud/security checks require it.

Delivery

Delivery details are collected at checkout so we can arrange fulfilment. Delivery timing and costs may depend on the destination, order contents, courier availability, and any special arrangements confirmed with you.

Returns and exchanges

If an item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos where relevant. For size exchanges or change-of-mind requests, items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Hygiene, custom, sale, or damaged-by-use items may be excluded where allowed by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back through the original or agreed payment method where practical. Refund timing can depend on payment providers, banks, and verification of returned goods.

Fitness and service information

Website content about fitness, movement, services, or wellbeing is general information and is not medical advice. You should get professional medical guidance before starting or changing exercise activity if you have health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions.

Intellectual property

The Nomadic Gym name, logo, website content, images, product presentation, written content, and design elements belong to Nomadic Gym or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or commercially reuse them without permission.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By submitting personal information, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge those notices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Nomadic Gym is not liable for indirect losses, unavailable site access, third-party service interruptions, or losses caused by information you provide incorrectly. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, legal requirements, or business processes change. The latest version published on this page applies from its updated date.
